Mahesh Babu speech for women on March 8th

Mahesh is a brand ambassador for countless consumer products. That’t not a big deal. But he has been supporting social cause/s these days which makes him real hero. Farhan Akhtar has launched an initiative called MARD (Men Against Rape and Descrimination) in the wake of Nirbhaya’s incident and this has received support from our superstar. He lend his voice for it and rendered a poem written by Javed Akhtar (in Hindi originally but translated to different languages).

Continuing the same initiative, Infosys, the Indian origin MNC software company is planning to have a seminar to raise awareness on womens rights as well as educating men to respect women. The software giant wanted Mahesh to come as a special guest and speak at the event they are planning on March 8th commemorating the International Women’s Day at their campus in Gachchibowli!

With Mahesh being a public reclusive figure we have to wait and see how he takes the opportunity and speak at a public event with elite gathering! In a world that is dominated by misogynistic culture Mahesh deserves huge applause for standing and supporting the MARD…he indeed is the real MAN!
