Aamir Khan's life under threat

Aamir Khan, who claims to touch the lives of the common people through his hugely popular TV show Satyameva Jayate, is not a common man anymore. He enjoys being the proud owner of the most expensive car a Bollywood star ever had. The Dhoom Khan recently purchased a brand new Mercedes Benz S600 but that is not the news.

News is that Mr Perfectionist has arranged a special protection system installed in the car. The car is now bomb proof which is a customized model and is specially built only for VVIPs. After industrialist Mukesh Ambani and PM Manmohan Singh, Aamir is the third person in the country to buy this Rs 10 crore, customised car. This slick car is designed and stylized in a way to tackle security threats.

A source says, "The first season of Satyamev Jayate did it all. Aamir received a few threat calls as he had shed light on the evil practices of female foeticide, honour killing and medical malpractices in the show. It is these threats that led him to purchase this bombproof car."

Sources also adds that Aamir had informed police about the threats and received protection from them but his family members were worried about his safety. The second season of Satyamev Jayate is scheduled to launch from March 2 .
